HOW TO IDENTIFY THE MULTIPLES OF 9

Finding the multiples of 9 is very simple. for example, we can take 1809.
Add the four digits of the number, i.e.,

1+8+0+9

=18

We have got a two digit number. So, we further add those two digits:

1+8

=9

Now, as we got 9 as the sum, 1809 is a multiple of 9. We can check whether it is right or not by dividing 1809/9 in the usual method.

If we take the first 10 multiples of 9, we can see this clearly:

Here, what we see is the same thing as we saw in the case of 1809.
